 The Eighth Circuit Bar Association is honored to sponsor a reception following the April 28th investiture of Chief Judge Lavenski Smith. Members of the Association are invited to attend the investiture and the reception in Little Rock, Arkansas at the Richard S. Arnold Federal Courthouse. The investiture begins at 2 p.m.
