3:00 – 3:50: Conversation with the Clerk – Eighth Circuit Clerk Michael Gans will make a brief presentation and take questions from the audience on issues of interest to those practicing before the Court. Moderated by Barry Pickens.

4:00 – 4:50: Conversation with the Judges – Participants will have an opportunity to hear from and ask questions of a panel composed of Chief Judge William Jay Reilly, Judge James B. Loken and Judge Bobby E. Shepherd. Moderated by Jeremiah Morgan.

5:00 – 5:45: Reception - Jury Assembly Room Lobby
