Membership in the Association of the Bar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit is open to all attorneys admitted to practice before the Eighth Circuit, all federal judges within the geographic area of the Eighth Circuit, and all judicial law clerks serving these judges. Under the Association By-Laws, judges and judicial law clerks are not required to pay dues, although they must submit a completed application form to initiate membership.
In order to become a member, a lawyer must submit a completed application form, and a check for annual dues.
