Membership in the Association of the Bar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit is open to all attorneys admitted to practice before the Eighth Circuit.  In order to become a member, a lawyer must submit a completed application form, and a check for annual dues.  All applications are to be mailed to the
