Membership in the Association of the Bar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit is open to all attorneys admitted to practice before the Eighth Circuit.  In order to become a member, a lawyer must submit a completed application form, and a check for annual dues.  All applications are to be mailed to the Eighth Circuit Bar Association, c/o Jeffrey E. McKinley, PO Box 7752, Little Rock, AR 72217-7752.

SINCE THE VAST MAJORITY OF THE ASSOCIATION’S COMMUNICATIONS WILL BE MADE BY EMAIL, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS BE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE.  If you don’t have an email address, we have some limited ability to communicate by fax and regular mail.
