  • For anyone who is a current member of the Eighth Circuit Bar Association
  • For non-members of the Eighth Circuit Bar Association that are state and federal prosecutors and public defenders, attorneys practicing in offices of state attorneys general or other state agencies, attorneys employed in legal aid societies and other non-profit agencies, employees of law schools
  • All attorneys in private practice who are not members of the Eighth Circuit Bar Association
  • Judges of the United States Court of
    Appeals for the Eighth Circuit;, and Judges of the District, Bankruptcy, and Magistrate Courts
    within the geographic area of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit; and
    persons serving as law clerks or other employees of these judges; and employees of the Clerk’s Office and the Office of the Circuit Executive for the Eighth Circuit or District Court clerks’ offices within the Eighth Circuit

Moderated by Judge David Stras, a panel of practitioners will discuss high-profile cases in the areas of constitutional law (including affirmative action and elections cases), criminal law and procedure, intellectual property, federal jurisdiction and procedure, and more.
